Clinic Manager – Urology (BSN Required)

Position Highlights:
- Reports To: Administrative Director
- Dynamic Team: 17+ providers and a support staff of 25-30.
- High-Impact Role: Oversee a mix of visits and procedures, with 4 providers seeing 110 patients daily.
- Growth-Focused: Collaborate with 2 MDs/2 APPs, with plans to expand.
- Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Qualifications:
- BSN required (or enrollment in an accredited program with a completion date).
- Current BLS certification.
- Facility/unit-specific certification.
- Minimum 3+ years’ clinical nursing experience in area of specialty and 3+ years of leadership experience.
